I swear by this tea! Unable to take pain killers I generally take this tea for headaches. It is quite effective. I also take it to lower my blood pressure. If I feel like my pressure is off I usually have a cup of this tea and it helps to regulate.

This tea is probably the most relaxing tea I have ever experienced! A wonderful bedtime elixir.Try it and you won't be disappointed.

So I have had so experiences lately with Blood Sugar issues for whatever reason and needed a tea that I can take to help out with it and decided on these. I have for quiet some time now done my research on these and read reviews and after finally trying it for myself, I can say that I believe that the tea is a winner. I suffer from occasional headaches and bought this because it seems like a healthier alternative than Ibuprofen. So far it's worked great, when I feel one coming on I drink this and most the time it'll go away. The only thing is that it has a very pungent flavor but my solution to this is a little honey or chocolate sauce.

Good hot or over ice. I don't add sugar, but you could.
