is it the old formula, and what is the difference

I bought a tube on a trip to Ireland 3 years ago and have not used anything since. Not sure how old of a formula you mean, but it tastes and cleans great.

What is expiration date please?

It should be there on the tube, but I wouldn't worry about it at all. Tooth paste last very very long, several years.

Is this tested on animals?

I don't know but should be safe for animals too.
