This faucet looks great and works great!!

This came close to a five star rating. First the pros: it is very well made; water hoses are marked with a red line indicating the hot water hose and a blue line for the cold water line, a nice and helpful touch; installation went well following their written and diagramed instructions with one exception; attractive styling and it functions well. Now the con: the water lines connect up into a recess in the bottom of the faucet making it impossible to use a wrench (11mm) to tighten both hoses. So I installed the hot water hose first using the wrench to snug the hose into the faucet in the restricted space available. When installing the cold water hose there was no room remaining to get the wrench into the recess. So I tightened the hose by hand and then gently used channel lock pliers to snug the hose into place. After finishing the installation I placed a small plastic tub under the faucet for 24 hours to catch any drips in case there were leaks. There were none!Some reviewers mentioned the faucet was noisy. We didn’t experience that. It isn’t any noisier than our other faucets. We are very happy with the faucet and expect to enjoy it for many years to come.

This product had a unique look in addition to being a single handle, which is why I purchased. I am very satisfied with the quality and finish of the product and am happy with my purchase.I purchased this to replace an existing 2-handle, 3-hole faucet in my bathroom. Although the center hole on the vanity was too small and needed to be drilled out to accommodate this new faucet, the face plate included with this faucet covered up the 3 holes.This faucet uses quality, modern stainless steel and brass fittings. The center fitting has a brass ring to secure the faucet to the vanity and 2 screws on either side of the ring to ensure tightness. This seems to be how nice faucets install these days, which I appreciate given how difficult it is to achieve proper torque in tight spaces without the 2 screws.The drain piece doesn't exactly mount completely flush into my sink, but I do like that it is a push-to-close drain rather than having the bar that you pull. The contrast of the black drain and the white sink is nice. Some people might be concerned that the drain is plastic, so that's worth noting. I will have to see how it stands up over time.It's worth noting that I have done this type of simple plumbing in the past. I'm a handy DIY'er, but am by no means an experienced plumber. The tools and materials I used included a wrench, channel locks, screwdriver, bucket, towel, plumbers putty, teflon tape, Rigid EZ Change faucet tool (and 1 1/2" hole saw + drill to modify the vanity).

I purchased this faucet a while ago and love it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work well for my application. It would be great with the handle on the left side due to limited space on my vanity set up. I installed a vessel sink and without thinking about height of faucet outlet bought this faucet. My own fault because I was caught up in its unique design. I absolutely love it , but I will have to use at another time on a different sink. I agree with others that it can be loud when turned on at a higher setting but that seems to be because it opens completely up and my water pressure is double what I’m used to . That can be bad depending on what the water hits as it comes out. Could cause unexpected spray or splatter. Aside from that it’s a great faucet. Looks stunning on my vanity but as I stated earlier it’s too short for a vessel set up. Too bad it wasn’t a taller one.

These look great and work great! We did not have any of the issues in some of the other reviews.

It doesn't splash all over the sink and wall like the waterfall taps do. It doesn't make strange noises, its a bit loud but it seems all taps are now according to many reviews Ive read in my search for the perfect tap. This is great for a shallow sink which is largely available these days and I have searched long and hard for a tap that looks good and works well. The cartridge runs smoothly so its very good for quick precise adjustments in temperature. It also came with a drain kit but I don't need that part - glad I bought it ( it didn't hurt that it was on sale with a coupon either ) - its just sooo cute. Love it Love it Love it!
