Sturdy & Ergonomic
These are great! Worth the price. They are designed for your hand to easily balance on them. Way more comfortable than foam blocks. No wrist or finger stress. I'm 66 and use these daily for my mellow low back exercises. The only thing to consider is if the person using them could possibly fall or collapse on them. They are aluminum and will not "give" if fallen on. I don't yet run this risk and plan to continue using them for a long time.

As advertised, great product!
First off, I rarely write reviews but when I read some of these reviews I wanted to provide a different perspective. Me - in the gym 5 days a week and at least 3 of those days incorporate either weight training or bodyweight exercises that include pushups. Bigger than average guy with XL hands, which plays into the review. An injury I suffered decades ago has caused limited flexibility in one of my writs. With that, I took a chance on the Bear Blocks as an alternative for pushups. Bear Blocks give an an angle that there is no negative pressure on my prior wrist injury. In addition, being slightly raised up allows you to do a deeper pushup (benefit) as well as forces your core to stay in control (benefit) while using the product. Overall, 5 stars and even if I didn't have a wrist concern I would recommend these. If anything, use them every other time you do pushups for a different angle and deeper pushup.

Excellent quality and relieves wrist pain
For a product that serves the main purpose of push ups, they are rather expensive. However, push up blocks are of highest quality and the best push up equipment Iโve come across. Perfect angle to relieve wrist pain without putting too much pressure on your palms like push up bars. Judging from the make, they should last a lifetime.

Great product! Needs to be bigger.
Worlds better than any other pushup bar, mainly because it has a larger surface area for your hands. It just needs to be bigger, as it's uncomfortable to have your palm hanging off the edge. I think I'm going to accomplish this by buying a second set and JB welding them together.

Takes just enough pressure off of wrists
Love these, they work great for pushups and anything where you might want a little lift when doing mobility (tables, worlds greatest stretch etc.) Really appreciate the compact design and that they slide together for storage. They can be a little slippery if my hands are really sweaty but I just wear Bear Grips workout gloves and hands don't slide at all. The added height also allows for better range of motion on pushups.

Perfect
I love these! Use them twice a week. They really do relieve the stress from my wrist doing push ups. I big difference especially when doing push at middle age. 43 going 44. Definitely very effective!

Very comfortable, stable and light
Just get a bear bar in one hand and your current push Up bar in the other hand. You Will feel the difference. The bears are more comfortable even than a 50 mm diรกmeter wood push Up bar.

Great Pushup Blocks
I have tried the pushup boards, and the rotating pushup bars, but these are far better, and they do not cause excessive soreness in my lower forearm area. I still own the rotating bars, but, I will not use them as much as I use these blocks. I can do a lot more pushups using strict form, and not get hurt. Plus, the fact that they store so easily proves that a lot of thought went into the design, and it shows. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Bear Blocks.
As a DDPY instructor, these are affiliated to the DDPY program. Personally I thought I would never use them but with all my training my wrists have been struggling. The angle of the Bear Blocks help alleviate that pressure and weight distribution when on hands. Great for body weight exercises and using in yoga. Way better than traditional push up bars. Durable and lightweight.

Slippery when wet (but there's an easy DIY fix)
I took these to a high temperature fitness class. Be careful, they get a little bit slippery when your hands are sweaty! I did not use them for a long time afterwards but I have recently dug them out if the closet and bought some 3M grip tape for outdoor use and stuck it to the rubber part that faces up. So far so good. I love how they look and how portable they are. They still pack together nicely in a cube with the grip tape added.. Very sturdy, and very grippy (now).

Great Concept However not there
Great concept that connects together for transport in your gym bag. Allows a more comfortable grip while performing push ups however i cannot say it added that much more to the exercise than just using a set of dumbbells or a regular push up handles for further depth. Very solid metal build so would probably last a lift time. Mine however arrived damage in transit (boxed destoryed travelling from the USA to the UK)/ As well as chipped up/ chipped paint finish which i believe was just a poor finish in the factory. It also arrived stinking of rubber.
