Holding strong, 2 years later
Short story: I like it. It's durable, holds up to lots of use, and hasn't had any issues.Longer story: I purchased this in 2018 (just getting around to reviewing...I like to test my products!). I'm a volunteer EMT and have used this bag to carry gear during class & in the field, then transitioned it to be my go-to first aid kit for hikes, road trips/drives, camping, etc. It can carry lots of equipment; currently, mine holds bandaids, single instant cold pack, elastic bandages, tape, allergy medications, small bottles of Tylenol & Advil, tourniquet, trauma shears, gauze, gloves, emergency mylar blanket, and small single-use packets of alcohol wipes and ointments. It's portable, can clip to the back of a backpack, or I toss a luggage strap on it and clip a Nalgene bottle to it...best (and cheapest) way to carry first aid equipment and water. I've had no issues and really like it. Will be purchasing another to use as a small tool bag to keep in my car.

Worth a LOT more. You won't be disappointed.
I delayed writing this to get some time in with the pouch. It has held up very well and is a nice size for intermediate use. It's not a combat medic's pouch, it's a bit bigger than most iFAK's, but it's a nice in between size. It is also relatively flat compared to some pouches like this. Depending on your needs that can be helpful to keep bulk to a minimum. Obviously if you are limited in MOLLE or belt space you'll have a different priority.Zippers work well and the MOLLE appears to be well done and properly spaced. I haven't attached it to anything but did mess around using some MALICE straps to see how it would fit if I decided to. In my case I'm using it in a backpack as an organizational pouch.Internal organization is good. There are changes I would make, but that's true of most pouches, they can't be perfect for everyone and I have yet to find one that is perfect for me. There is plenty of room yet the material is not flimsy, I don't have any concern that the internal dividers won't hold up.Overall construction is good. Not high end, but better than most. Certainly better than anything else I've seen in this price range. For triple the money I'd still be impressed.

Like the color and bag is good
This is the only darn bag that 1. Is all red and doesn't look ugly 2. Is a good size 3. Is not a rip away. The bag looks good. I hate the 2 tone crap out there. The bag accomodates a lot, but I did cram a crapton of stuff in there. Just a CAT 7 tourniquet won't fit. Good for a combo boo boo kit and semi-oh crap something worse happened kit. The inside is better off without pockets imo. I just stuck things in where they would fit and the bag is puffy, but it looks better that way. No fat shaming this bag.

Nice pouch and at a fair price.
The pouch appears to be well assembled, I have crammed all of my first aid supplies into it that I usually had in a dry bag. After digging through the bag for years and finally losing its ability to repel water I decided to go this route. I like the ability to open full and have all of the supplies needed at your ready. The zippers function very nicely, not binding up on extra fabric, the canvas is of nice quality and the weep hole at the bottom is a very nice touch. I am not sure that I will use the external attachment points or the belt loops for that matter, but the snaps are nicely made and function well.Overall happy with the purchase and actually bought a second one for a first aid kit in the family vehicle.

Great little bag.
This pouch is much bigger than I expected. My fault for not checking the dimensions. The quality is better than much of the "military grade" stuff I was issued in the Navy. The material seems very durable. The zipper seems very sturdy and the stitching is very good as well. Overall a great product. There is a small compartment for a pamphlet or small manual such as those small first aide instruction briefs. The cross is a Velcro patch and is easily removable. I like it, so it stays. This bag has so many more uses than just a medical kit. I use it as an all-around emergency bag for hiking. I keep it on my belt in case I lose my bag. It has a mini survival kit in it as well as all my first aide material. It is long enough for my Epipens, which are a must for me in the back country since I am deathly allergic to bees and wasps. The bag is a little on the heavy side: as far as hiking goes, this is a huge drawback for me, but I find it's usefulness worth the few extra ounces. I will buy a few more of these for sure to keep in my vehicles as emergency kits. It would also fit nicely in the mini tool compartment on my motorcycle.

Great size pouch!
I am a regular guy trying to get my stuff organized for camping and what not. I have all kinds of first aid supplies, mainly the stuff you get in a store bought kit except it is stuff accumulated over the years, anyway anytime I needed something I had to look for it through 2-3 bags. I always thought more was better. So I needed a designated bag for the essentials. Everyone's essentials will be similar and our enhancements will be different depending on the situation. This bag is perfect. It is well made and just right (for me) for hunting, fishing, camping, etc. it forces you to think about what you need. It has one inside pocket and very good elastic straps on both sides on the inside. The outside has a small removable first aid cross held on by velcro. It comes with a nice mesh pouch that is the same size as the bag. Very handy. I bought the red version so anyone should be able to recognise it and I can find it better at night. I have not weaved the Molle straps yet as I don't know yet how I am going to deploy it so I can't vouch for it matching your chosen platform. All stitching is good inside and out. I will buy another in a different color. This pouch is a size that is conducive to many missions.Edit; 11/14/16; I now have 2 of these dedicated to a more comprehensive first aid kit.
