Great results
I was a little worried about spending $129 on these things but I'm glad I did. They were difficult to use at first because they are so unstable. I have been using them now for about 6months. My bench max has gone from 265lbs to 285lbs. I only use these for my chest workout now. I do about 3 sets per day when I get home from work I love it. Be careful on the ab extensions I almost tore a muscle when I first started. They are very sturdy, I haven't had any issues with them. I love how every workout my whole upper body gets pumped shoulders, bis, tris, lats, and abs all get a great workout every time.

I just got a set last week. The online video was good. I have only used them a couple of times, alls I can say is WOW. I am keeping it simple to begin with, but the workout on my pecs and triceps has been amazing.
