Square Enix Man of Steel Superman Action Figure

I like how the figures look good.

This action figure is awesome. It moves quite a bit with its joints and the paint job looks well done. If you were thinking it looking more along the lines of the comics or other iterations like that. This is the wrong figure for that. This figure is based upon the movie Man of Steel and it does a good job replicating that. Has different hand positions that you can pull out and insert a different one. But it is a tight fit so I wouldn't recommend doing a ton of swapping. Would recommend this figure to anyone who likes a high quality Superman figure.

He's amazing!!! From the way he comes packaged with extra hands and a stand, even a story. But the actual figure is so detailed. The painting is incredible, simple blows you away. He has like 28 points of articulation. Even his cape moves! I have only a few complaints and I really hope PLAY ARTS reads the reviews?1. Why not texture the joints? The entire suit has this great textured finish and then you move his arm and there's this perfectly smooth ball joint?2. His face is so much darker than the rest of him. A lot of people complain about the sculpt not looking like Henry Cavill. Really I could care less. What I do care about is color rendition. And his face is too dark.I have to say even with my two mentioned complaints. He is the best Superman figure I think? He's about 9.5 inches, super light. I do love him!

I own a bunch of the Square Enix Play Arts Kair Figures, this one is average at best. Overall good sculpt and articulation, nice paint etc. I would price it reasonably at around $50.00.

I knew I wanted this figure the moment I saw it online some time ago and I am thrilled to say that it did not disappoint now that I own It! First and foremost, the solicitation photos do not do the figure justice. Unlike what is pictured here, the details on this 9.25" beast are so much better. The suit features the textures that the film does and the paint is very well done with a nice wash effect throughout. The articulation is also solid, with strong ratcheted joints. Comes with a flight stand to allow for some very dynamic poses. Great addition to my collection! Highest recommendation!!

It's an amazing figure, though smaller than i expected(i just thought he'd bigger). I'm gonna be honest he does have a few flaws that hinder his posing abilities. First one being that he can not look up and the second one is that his cape is too long, which causes major problems when trying to stand him up, though it would not be a problem if your posing him in the air. I also wish he came with more interchangeable hands, instead of just the one pair. Aside from this the figure itself is amazing, you really have to see it in person to really see how beautiful this figure is. If you can find this figure for a good price definitely pick him up.
