Web Development with Clojure: Build Large, Maintainable Web Applications Interactively 3rd Edition

It’s a nicely written book, but given its nature as a web development resource it doesn’t stay relevant for very long.This is unfortunate as Clojure is a stable language, but in the last couple of years a lot of tooling has been in flux and the ecosystem has been gradually shifting to a new way or organising projects. Even the authors of the book have abandoned this material (A framework named “Luminus”) in favour of something new (“Kit”).Don’t buy this version of the book today, wait for a 4th edition.

良い点：　３ｒｄーedition （第３版） になっていて、ロングセラーの書籍であることが伺える。　　　　おそらく２０２１年ごろに第３版になっていて、最新の情報が知れる。 出版社のページから、ソースコードはダウンロードできます。（購入していなくとも）良くない点：　clojure 初心者がWeb開発を学習するには難しすぎる本。 ちなみに私は、JavaでWeb開発をする事はできます。 購入して約５か月経過し、週末に勉強しているだけですが、まだ簡単なWebプログラムも書けません。 おそらく初心者が知りたいことは３章ぐらいまでの内容。そこをもっとページ数を割いて、丁寧に説明してくれれば、よかったと思います。（４章から１０章を読むのは数年先でしょう）　　　付録１にClojureの文法入門もついていますが、ここも、もの足りません。何か他の本で学習した方が良さそうです。MAC前提で書いてあるので、Windowsの人はちょっとつらいかも。curl を curl.exeに変えるだけかも知れませんが。すでにclojureで簡単なWebプログラムを書く実力があり、さらにステップアップしたい人には、４章から１０章が役に立つのだと思いました。
