Great for a quick test the lab takes more than a week for the result, also you have to pay $20 dollars for the lab fee.

We ordered this test kit on 05/09/25. When we received it, we followed the instructions and returned the test in the envelope provided to find out our Radon levels. We have never had an answer as to whether we did the test correctly, or if we have elevated radon. Since it is now 07/11/25, with no response to our previous enquiry, we would like to have our money back. Value for money: None received. This was money thrown down a hole.

I wanted to get piece of mind before putting my house on the market, that my radon systems was still working. Pay attention to the instructions before you open the canister since you need to get it in the mail shortly after you close it. I was on the margin since I closed it on Sat night and Monday was a holiday. Once I got in the mail, it was a couple weeks before I had results. The cost is reasonable, but make sure you time everything accordingly.

Did not get results back at first. I did need to call the customer service number and leave a voicemail. She called me back same day and clarified what my email address was and sent it right away.

Radon test for home sale was perfromed completely wrong by tester who also provides remediation. I am a chemist and recognized either fraud or incompetence. So, ordered this test whose instructions are exactly according to EPA guidlines. Used rush service. The test results came back by email from an identified lab person and their contact means. It showed a reasonable result rather than that of the poorly executed or even fraudulent test. I repeated the test with the second test device that came with the package exactly the same as the rush test. The results were the same.

It did the job. Easy and quick. You will have no trouble.

This test kit is a scam. The post office no longer accepts there prepaid self addressed envelope to send to the lab. Also the results they will just send back as inconclusive because the USPS can not possibly get the test tube to the lab in 48 hrs. I had to pay for the postage and they would only guarantee 6 day.

Easy to use and very quick turnaround with results. Results were thorough and east to decifer. Recommended.
