Q: Will this work for the 2023 klr650 adventure?

Yes. That is the same kit I used on my gen 3 KLR. IT comes with all the parts you need to do the job correctly including some of the tools.

Q: Does this come with the coil springs too? And can you use the torsion spring and coil springs together?

The "coil" style springs were discontinued some time back. The torsion spring is superior and is the only option now.

Q: How long to install the kit?

If you are fast maybe an hour but two hours is more realistic.
