Ecoegg Laundry Egg Refill Pellets Non Bio Fresh Linen 50 Washes

I’ve been using the ecoegg Laundry Egg and refills for over a year now, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it works. My laundry always comes out clean and smells fresh, without that overpowering chemical scent you get from regular detergents. It’s incredibly easy to use—just pop the refill pellets into the egg and throw it in with your wash. I love that it’s both a detergent and softener in one, and it’s lasted so long that I’ve saved a lot of money compared to buying traditional products. Best of all, it’s a much more environmentally friendly option—no more plastic detergent bottles or waste. Knowing it’s gentle on sensitive skin is also a huge plus. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cleaner, greener, and more cost-effective way to do laundry!

I was looking for something with less chemicals than a classic laundry detergent as my son has severe eczema. I have been using this product for a few years now and I am very happy with it, my son is not itching when wearing clothes washed with it. It works very well for everyday laundry (for example to wash bedsheets, towels, tea towels, socks, underwear, kids clothes with light stains such as dired yogurt, cereals, milk etc..), however it will not remove very tough stains such as grease and tomatoe sauce for example (I usually do a separate load of laundry for it, but 3/4 of my laundry can be washed with it). It is very easy to use, just throw the egg in the laundry and turn the washer on (you can use it to max 60 degrees which is the recommended temperature to kill germs). You cannot use it in the dryer (if you have a combined washer/dryer it needs to be removed before drying). The box will tell you how many washes it is good for, I don't personally keep tabs, I do an average of 4-5 loads a week and use it for up to 4 or 5 months, it's very cost effective. The egg can be opened to be refilled. It has a lovely smell however doesn't leave a smell on the laundry which I like as well.

The egg cleans our laundry as well as our previous liquid eco detergent did, which is to say that it cleans normally soiled laundry but severe or stubborn stains might need some pre-treatment or spot stain remover to be fully clean. On the whole, effective and economical.

Eco eggs are amazing and this refill pack is amazing value .Wouldnt go back to normal detergents.Adding to this review to explain why .No more plastic bottles and chemicals going into the environment.Saves a fortune each year.Better for your health to not have strong perfume on your clothes that you are breathing in .It takes a while to get used to the eco egg but after 3 -4years using this product i feel my clothes feel cleaner need washing less as bacteria isnt getting trapped in fibres by waterproofing with softeners.There is no scum or mould build up in washing machine.We have been programmed to believe strong smelling products means clean but it doesnt and i believe this product proves it .I would highly recommend this product and say once all the old detergents have been removed from your clothes and bedding you will really notice how they begin to really feel soft and clean.And your purse will be happy too .

Great for the enviroment and saves you money. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR BIOLOGICAL AND HOT WASH PRODUCTS. It works great on forty degree and lower washes for normal every day washing. And it does a lit of washes, no need for fabric conditioner as clothes smell nice. I do still use biological tabs but one box as so far lasted over a year and I still have some left. The refills for the egg come in small packets which you empty into you egg and the are ready to use.

Over time you really get your money's worth back, yes it's pricey but saves so much over time, is very ecofriendly and made our clothing smell lovely every single time. However as time passed we noticed our clothes not actually being cleaned properly and smelling musty, bearing in mind we never changed our routine, same machine, pellets and everything. So now back to using detergent for the time being. Would recommend, but you may have to replace fairly often.

Saw this thing on a Tv programme and bought it rather sceptically. It’s absolutely brilliant! No more clogging up my washing machine liquid drawer. Feel I’m doing good for the environment. Only issue I have is knowing when to change the beads inside. Decided to make a check mark each time we use it to check when best to replace but guess I’ll get better at that. Has a mild pleasant scent and clothes are soft.. Sometimes I like stronger scent like Lenor unstoppables for bedding, so I stillOccasionally use normal detergent and scent but 90% of my family wash uses this. I don’t use added conditioner or scent with the eggs in case it hampers performance and these amazing little things actually give scent and towels and clothes are still soft. I like to keep biological for sweat stains on my husbands shirts occasionally but to be honest these eggs seem to be just as good somInthink it’s just having faith. Eldest daughter has eczema/ sensitive skin and these haven’t bothered her skin at all. Definitely recommend!

Buon prodotto, sostituisce perfettamente il detersivo per lavatrice. Lo uso quando i capi non sono molto sporchi per una mia sicurezza ma so che funziona benissimo in tutte le situazioni.

Uso ormai gli ecoegg da parecchi anni insieme a percarbonato come sbiancante/igenizzante e acido citrico come anticalcare/ammorbidente: lavano bene come i detersivi tradizionali, sono nettamente più ecologici, e si ha un notevole risparmio economico.Non do 5 stelle piene solo perchè le profumazioni praticamente non si sentono a lavaggio ultimato, quindi sono abbastanza ingannevoli.Meglio senza profumo e poi aggiungere il profumo di proprio gradimento a parte.
