Great kitchen tool. Easy to use with plastic textured grip and wide scraper blade gathers lots. Stainless steel for easy clean and dishwasher safe. It works for all kind of jobs for food prep. I use it mainly for collecting chopped veggies and fruit. It sure beats having to use wide knife blades to gather up chopped food when this is safer and easier. I thought that I didn't need a scraper because of the cost. I decided to buy one after watching many tv chefs using them. I'm glad I finally purchased it. I use it daily so I keep it on my counter organizer. Good kitchen utensil to have and this one works great.

PROS: `This is an unbelievable quality for the money! `The sturdy blade has a slightly serrated edge for slicing into things and for scraping. `The handle is generously sized, but not excessively large. `It seems to be made of a commercial grade plastic so should hold up in the dishwasher for years to come. With a family of 5 we bake about 4-5 loaves of bread every week. Along with cookies, pizza and other cooking, I've never realized how convenient a dough scraper can be. Dividing dough and scraping the work surface is just a start - you can also use this as a spatula to pull stuff off cookie sheets. Just be careful of the handle, which is plastic. NSF, 1-piece plastic handle means it's totally dishwasher safe.....Nice curve to the plastic is ergonomic. We have quartz counters, so I touched up the corners of this tool with some 600 grit sandpaper, just to make sure it's less likely to scratch.

I recently started baking einkorn sourdough bread. This dough scraper has proven to be indispensable to this process. It works so great at scraping the dough off the work surface and moving it around. It is also very easy to clean if you plunge it into hot soapy water right after you finish using it, and allow it to soak a few minutes--doesn't take long. Seriously, I would not try baking einkhorn sourdough bread without this tool.

Works great as expected. I found another use for it...It's sharp enough it dices up some veggies really well!

With my sourdough starter throwing off a cup or two a day, I figured I should start make biscuits in advance of the eventual bread. So looking around at tools, and being cheap, I settled on this one. And I'm glad I did. This is a solid piece of metal. Thicker than I originally thought and cuts through the dough with ease. Probably not sharp enough for harder vegetables though.

I wasn't expecting much from this scraper since the price is fairly low, but it turned out to be a better quality scraper than I expected. Even the plastic handle part is very sturdy and good quality.

I read about this in Epicurious, ordered via the link and love it. I don't know how we cooked with out. We use lots of garden grown herbs in lieu of salt, and this is great for chopped parsley, basil, oregano, and chopped garlic, onions, green peppers, etc. So much easier than trying to scrape them onto the cutting knife and losing half on the way to the pan.

Está perfecta y es super util, para hacer pan y cortar la masa. Limpia las superficies de masa super bien, hubiera preferido la de mango de madera pero esta por el precio está excelente.
