Can anyone confirm whether WiFi/Bluetooth radios are affected by installing in an all metal case?

Hi, The metal / aluminum case will definitely have a certain impact on wireless / bluetooth, and we found that the level of interference is also related to the individual Raspberry Pi. Can you use thermal paste instead of thermal pads ?? thanks.
