Most accurate fertility monitor out there!
I used OvuSense to conceive in 2015. I had been trying for 3yrs+ with a PCOS diagnosis. I'd been told all the usual by the fertility clinic at the hospital, to 'come back when you have reduced your BMI'. OvuSense helped me to identify that I'd go a short luteal phase, and the time between ovulation and my next period was not a sufficient amount of time for a pregnancy to implant. This led to my fertility doctor prescribing me an ovulation induction drug, and I finally conceived on my third cycle! I have absolutely no doubt that I wouldn't have conceived without the help of OvuSense! Will use when trying for baby #2 in the future. Thank you OvuSense!

Buy a BBT Thermometer instead
I have PCOS and bought Ovucore purely to monitor whether I’d ovulated each month and when to see if my lifestyle changes were making any difference (not trying to get pregnant). I’d previously used a thermometer each morning when I woke up and thought this would be less faff (it’s not, trying to get the sensor to connect to my phone every morning is a nightmare that takes far longer than the thermometer). The first month it detected ovulation and it appears to have based its entire prediction on when I will ovulate on that month alone (which happened to be a month that I ovulated late). In the 4 months since then, it hasn’t detected ovulation at all despite the temperatures clearly showing it has happened. I think because it has happened at different times of the month (as early as day 10 to as late as day 23) which doesn’t fit with its predicted fertile window. Basically if your cycles aren’t super regular then you might as well save some money and buy a BBT thermometer instead.

Waste of money
Complete waste of money. I used it for three cycles, ovulation prediction was incorrect for 2 out of 3 (I was also having fertility tests at the same time so this was confirmed by my doctor). Customer service unhelpful and very "computer says no" approach, refused to give me an extension on my subscription despite the poor results. This sensor does nothing you can't do with a £10 BBT thermometer. The "live prediction" just uses data from previous cycles and is useless if you ovulate at different points in the month and are TTC, because it takes several days to confirm ovulation and at that point you've missed your fertile window. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Tentatively recommend.
I bought this at the end of September 2020 and have used it religiously since then. I bought directly from OvuSense and have since been refunded through their “OvuSense Promise” as it was never able to confirm if I was ovulating. It is easy to wear and comfortable. The downloading of data to your phone is a bit faffy and can take a few attempts but I always managed eventually. The customer service is a bit stiff. On 3 or 4 occasions the monitor said I had ovulated and I was to stop wearing my device. I didn’t believe it as the temperatures weren’t consistent with an ovulation pattern. So I contacted them and asked them to confirm it for me. On each occasion I was told “no you don’t seem to have ovulated, the algorithm has got it wrong”. I asked if this was a common thing to happen and I was given a stiff, standard response that avoided my actual question. So I would probably recommend this product for anyone that’s got erratic cycles and is trying to get a handle on them. But don’t pin all your hopes on it and defo buy direct from OvuSense. Keep and eye on how long you use it for, their refund policy is 90 days so if you’ve used it for that long and received no ovulation confirmation then get in contact with them. Also check out their insta/FB pages, usually there’s an offer on that gives you a discount.
