This is a heavy duty mail box type drop box. I use it so tenants can leave there rent checks in it in the hallway. No Cash. I also like the metal “fingers” under the slot to help prevent fishing. I mounted it close to ceiling (10”) under stairway so no-one can peep in but I realize not everyone would have that option. I installed the heavy duty bolts into a stud on one side and into lathes on other. It is secure option for rent checks.

We use this as a payment box. It is easy to install/mount. It is thick and durable. It also has a large capacity.It mounts flush making it difficulty for someone to attempt to pry away, but the included mounting hardware will firmly secure it to most surfaces.
