We use the RHS Plant Finder daily at the Berkshire Botanical Garden in Stockbridge, MA as THE authoritative source for "official" plant names. The information is used in preparing plant identification labels for thousands of plants that are on display to the public.

For my purposes the plant nomenclature in the RHS Plant Finder 2014 is current and very useful.

An essential plant reference book for the professional plant grower, keen enthusiasts and amateurs. An excellent dictionary style guide of which plant and where to find them in the U.K. Contains a huge range of plants and contact details for hundreds of plant nurseries. Easy to understand and use. I have used the RHS plant finder for many years and I would recommend it.

Absolutely brilliant ... and my how it's grown. It was, in the past, a much slimmer volume, but it did contain all the information.. So useful if looking for a particular 'named' variety of plant, giving details of where it can be purchased if you wish to visit the supplier or, indeed, mail order.Well worth the cost.

A must for the professional and amateur gardener and horticulturist searching for a good supplier of the plants they seek.
