These sheets work well and are relatively pleasant to look at depending on which appliance needs them. Also depending on the appliance you might need to go over the light a couple of times with the sheets to properly block off the glare. The only issue is the price - they have no reason to be so expensive. It's only two sheets, not a pack of 20.

Great item. Does what it says, able to stick these over lights in the hallway that were too bright at night time before sleep. Sticking these on the light dimmed the light, making it easier to get to sleep at night.Easy to setup, just draw a circle on the sticky label using the light bulb, then cut around it. Un-peel the sticky side and stick to light bulb.Well recommended!

It is simple to use, cut it to the required size and shape and stick it onto the light

These work well on the spotlights in the sloped ceiling in our extension. They have reduced glare and made the lighting less harsh.
