I have to admit, it tastes like eggs! I was so surprised but glad I was wrong. I figured that if it just tasted a little like eggs it was doable. I am so glad I bought it now. BTW it makes great omelets. Scrambled eggs aren't bad either...

I bought this for survival stock pile. Have not used yet so I can not comment on quality. Plan to use for scrambled eggs or throwing in soups or other dishes needing protein.

I have not used this product as it was purchased for our food storage. It seems like a good product and that it will be exactly what it says it will.

I have been using this since the pandemic. Great for however you want to use it. Scrambled or in recipes. Works great and last a long time

I have been using freeze dried eggs for a very long time, I like how long you can keep them without having to worry about them going bad as real eggs can do. I use them everywhere eggs are needed. When I first found these on Amazon they were the best buy, but now I'm afraid they may be pricing them out of my reach. Guess they are not immune to the egg shortage either period. But this review is about the eggs I bought not the eggs I might buy in the future. They're good, I like them I think you'll like them. Enjoy
