Service and preserves are outstanding
The preserves container was broken beyond returning and within 2 hours after I sent the supplier an email through Amazon, I was contacted by phone and the supplier immediately told me that a replacement would be sent ASAP. two days later the cherry preserves arrived. The cherry preserves is excellent on toast, pancakes orWaffles, and probably anything else, but above is the extent of my choices. Supplier is incredible with their service.😊

Jar Sticky, Vaccum Seal Broken, Can't Return, Not Happy
The jar was sticky coming out of the box and on further inspection, the vacuum seal was broken on the jar even though the security seal was in tact. I understand the return policy, but it's not like I ate half of it and want to send it back. Not happy.

Leaky and Sticky
Preserves are wonderful but packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I think if packing material had been added so the jars could not move around, that would have prevented the lids from loosening and the preserves leaking.

DEEP, RICH FLAVOR
JUST LOVE THESE CHERRY PRESERVES. SO MANY CHERRIES INSIDE AND NOT OVERLY SWEET AT ALL. WHOLE FAMILY ENJOYS IT VERY MUCH. LOVELY COLOR AND VERY SATISFYING. LASTS A LONG TIME TOO! THANK YOU.
