Bakedin Unicorn Rainbow Cake Baking Kit, 975 g

I bought this for my daughters 7th birthday as she requested a rainbow unicorn cake but I don't know how to make it so I check online if there is already made unicorn cake then this one come up and there is another one but that one is only rainbow cake no unicorn decoration. So I choose this one as is not bad for the price also its all included for the price. Delivery is quicker as I expected. Easy to follow the instruction how to make it and the flavour is taste nice I like the way that icing is not that sweet as the others is super sweet that even my kids doesn't ate it but this one they love it they just put some cream as a bit dry probably the way I bake it because I run out of butter hehehe. Make sure you have a lot of butter and you measure it perfect so come out fluffy and soft but first time I make it not bad but next time I know what I'm gonna do. Taste better than I expected and its not bad for the size as well I just thought its gonna be small but its perfect size for the cake if you having a small party but if big party I suggest to get 2 pack that should be tall enough or make it 2 layer is perfect for big party.

My daughter wanted to make a unicorn cake for her sister's birthday, so i got this for her. It's easy to follow the instructions & tastes nice. Looks good, just wish it came with more icing.

Really good - I got it to do baking with a 4 and 7 year old and it was really user friendly and simple to do. The only advice I would add is that even though the sponge layers are quite thin, the tops burnt abit in my oven before they were fully cooked. If I did it again I would add foil to cover them while cooking. That said I just turned them over and no one was the wiser so we got away with it I think!

Additional items required are 60g butter , 1 egg and 15ml of milk for each of the 4 sponge layers 250g butter and 30ml of milk for the buttercream Very easy step by step instructions, the 4 cake layers cooked lovely. I did them 2 at a time for 20 minutes Once cooled its simply a case of layering together with the buttercream. Mine went a little wonky because I didnt level of the layers and they had risen in the centre . The colours are bright and the cake was soft and flavourful. Will definitely buy again

I wasn’t expecting much in terms of flavour with this cake, I just bought it as my daughter loves unicorns and rainbows and baking! I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty this cake was and an absolute bargain for the size! We all enjoyed it and it stayed fresh for many days after it was baked. I would definitely buy it again!

We like what we see ,but it has not been opened yet ,it arrived safe and looks good

I made this for my daughter. Totally worth the money and so easy to use. The colours are vibrant and the cake wasn't dry. The only thing to watch is the candles with the cardboard cut outs!

Easy to make. Great tasting. I used Betty Crocker icing as I was worried about the taste of the packet icing & we used our own cake toppers. Everyone commented how great the cake tasted & my daughter loved the rainbow layers.
