poor cap design
Love the Linen scent. I just got this product, so I do not know about the longevity.As a senior woman, it took me 10 minutes to remove the cap from the bottle that is on the diffuser. I first tried with my hands then a jar opener gripper, and I still could not remove the rubber plug from the diffuser bottle. I had to remove the plug/top with lock/grip plyers. If you are giving this as a gift to a senior, be ready to assist with removing the plug. ( I don't know if the same type of plug is on the refill bottle.) Also, Amazon only placed the product in a plastic bag and then placed it loose in the Amazon box, nothing to cushion the product or keep it from moving all around in the Amazon package box.

My favorite, Nest diffuser, fragrance of all time
I have purchased this product, at least a dozen times! And lemon grass ginger is by far and away the greatest scent ever. The only reason I hesitate on five stars for all categories is the diffuser reeds need to be longer, or give a few lengths. We go through a bottle month and it just seems that should last longer, especially for the cost.

Grapefruit is the best.
Love this product. I only buy Grapefruit. It has a shuttle smell that’s so nice but bit overpowering. Have them in bathrooms, bedrooms and my kitchen.Have bought over ten times and will continue to buy. It worth the money and lasts for three to four months. I also purchase the refills they work great.

Bamboo is awful
The bamboo scent is awful, it smells similar to the fabreeze scent someone sprays after taking a number 2 in the bathroom. That combination of funk and flowery. I left 4 stars because the "Moroccan Amber" scent is actually great and "spa like".

Pleasant scent
Purchased without smelling based on reviews. This is a perfect subtle scent for my office. I started with two reeds and added all of them because it is mellow and not overpowering like other oils. Highly recommend.
