Kelkay Floral Slumber Easy Fountain Water Feature 45191

This is a lovely water feature with a gentle sound.Assembly should have been very easy but it was challenging to fit the pump through the aperture on the base.The only change I would suggest to the feature is adding a lip edge to the base where the pebbles sit. They annoyingly fall off and into the water container base when the top is lifted off to check the water level.The service provided by the supplier was excellent and delivery was ahead of the estimate.Overall I am very pleased.

This fountain is really pretty, however after only 8 months the pump has stopped working. When I contacted customer service they told me that because I had received the item 8 months ago they would do nothing. When you spend £200 on an item you definitely expect to get more than 8 months use. I wouldn't recommend this due to the poor customer service and the inability to help when something is wrong.
