Even though it's small it makes perfect coffee using kcups.

This machine is very easy to use and clean. Makes one cup at a time and makes it quickly. Very reasonably priced and would definitely buy it again.

Lock/ unlock won’t fully unlock. Top won’t go all the way down to start it. Barely used it a week. I have never spent money on anything so bad before! And It’s unreturnable. A total waist of your money.

I've not had much success with this price range of units. However the Cafe Valet has proved itself as durable, at least so far. With all these units you should always keep a folded absorbent as it may continue to drip. This unit drips less than any others I bought (2 Keurig, I forget the other). Oddly enough I do not drink coffee, only tea. So I basically bought a hot water heater.

The media could not be loaded. My other single brew coffee machine heating element decided to stop working, and i only had it18 months. So, I have been on the hunt for a single serve coffee machine that brews close to 205° and this Café Valet Barista is the only one that brews at 205°. I have been using it for 4 days now, so far so good. The only issue I had is on the third day I poured 8 ounces of water in the resavour popped in the capsule, turned on then light blinked several time and shut off. I removed my coffee cup and gently shake to make sure the water settled ( use bottled water), put the cup back and turned it on and it started to brew. I am hoping 🙏 that this was only a fluke and not a problem. I'll update a few more times to let you know how it's going.Other than that little hiccup... I notice if the capsule holder isn't put in properly, the lid won't close. I really like this Café Valet Barista, it is quiet when heating and brewing until all the water left the resavour then it got a bit loud. I'll make a little video to post... right now I have to get to work.I'm hoping it will last at leat 6 years.

Sometimes I only get half a cup of coffee. I don't know where it goes but it leaks out later and makes a mess. It's like a seal or something busted. Pods fit well but disappointed. It was great for about 5 months.

This machines works with any K-Cup at a much lower price than most machines. Plus it doesn't take up much room on my counter. Great Value!
