Does it work on Windows 10

What does "Printable can not be printed on" mean?

Either the cartridge is empty or the CD is not a printable media type

do the soaftwear comes with it

Software does come with it, but my was in Japanese. I downloaded the software from the website. Printer been working now for a year, printing around 10 CDs a week.
