Great for what it is!
To start off I would like to note that I am by no means an expert when it comes to skateboards or even skateboarding in general. I am currently a college football player and really don't have a lot of experience riding skateboards, however I liked the idea of having something to get me around campus a little bit faster. After researching for about 2 weeks I decided on the Boss Board because it was cheap at about $30 and could support my weight at 195 lb (200 lb limit).Upon receiving the board, I opened it up and messed around with it for about 15 minutes in my dorm and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the deck and wheels. However I noticed a pungent smell from the plastic (which is unfortunately sometimes present when products are made from cheaper Chinese materials).I took the board out later that night and found it was fairly easy to ride despite the small size and my lack of skating ability (I have snowboarded and wakeboarded though). At this point I have had it for about a week and am fairly confident in my ability to ride it and control it. The wheels definitely don't spin for very long but I'm sure the bearings could be replaced or lubed up to improve that aspect, however I prefer going a bit slower until I really know what I'm doing!Pros:-Cheap! ($30)-Portable-Fully Assembled-Smooth ride-200 lb limit-Easy to learn how to ride-Good grip on the deck (when dry)Cons:-Bad smelling plastic-Wheels don't spin for long (doesn't go very far)-Terrible grip on the deck when rainyOverall, I am very happy with the board and would recommend it! I understand that it is probably not anywhere near the quality of a Penny brand board and certainly has some minor cons, but I am rating it a 5 out of 5 because it is absolutely amazing for a $30 board!

Surfing on land. All around fun board 🙌👍
This board is a lot of fun. Im more of a surfer than a skate and this board makes everything feel like a wave which is really cool. I use it for both hills and flat ground. Its pretty lightweight which makes for snappy turns and it makes it easy to generate speed… all around fun board👍This is the second product I purchased from this company. They have great quality products.

Great deal overall!! Needs but one thing....
I recieved this board earlier this month and I must say, for the money it is quite good. However there are a few things that the buyer should note. First of all the board is of pretty solid construction and looks as if it can take a good beating, but this particular plastic, while durable, is fairly flexible leading to 2 major pros and cons. The pro being that the ride is smoother due to the flex acting as a sort of suspension for bumps and such; the con is that flexibility reduces speed by some amount, and in addition the bearings aren't the fastest. The trucks have pretty squishy bushings allowing for quick turns, and seem to be of naked aluminum construction. The wheels are nice, providing a decently soft ride; if I had to guess I would say the wheels are about 75-85 durometer. Overall it is a very good buy for those seeking "portable transportation" but the one thing I do recommend is purchasing some good bearings such as the Bones bearings I did. With the price of bearings factored in it comes out to around 40 dollars, a very competitive price when compared to the 70 dollar plus original Penny board.

Nice board
Daughter loved it. Of course like the other reviews the chucks (I think I am saying it right) were loose when arrived. Other than that got what she asked for.

A well built, affordable penny board
I have been regularly riging this board for a month or two now, and it has exceeded my expectations. I saw someone riding one dow the street, and thought I wanted one. I spent some time researching boards, and decided this one was going to be the best quality for it's affordable price. It feels nice, and with some adjusting of the trucks, was perfect and is now my second method of transportation around town. This board is very fun to ride, and is small enough to toss in my school backpack.

It's great for riding around campus
It's great for riding around campus! The wheels aren't as good as the Penny Board and you won't be able to ride as smoothly or as fast as you could on a Penny, but other than that, I love it!Pros: easy to carry; put the board to your back with the wheels locked in your booksack straps and it's easy to carry when not riding; brings me places 10x faster; fun to ride; challenging; almost impossible to break.Cons: rlly small so when you hit biggish bumps, there's a 60% chance you'll fall off; you gotta go fast to get over edges and stuff.

HAS SOME MINOR FLAWS BUT GREAT FOR THE PRICE
when you first open the box the board has a strange smell but thats ok so dont worry the bearings do NOT spin very fast. but this is an easy fix i recommend bones reds. they are cheaper on ebay and you can get them for $7.50 also the deck scratches really easily on pavement. other than that the board is really good i haven't had really any other problems and i have had this board for a year and it has the quality of a real penny brand board

Good Budget Board! Gets the Job Done!
This is not a penny board but still it gets the job done and gets me to short distances fast. For the price I really can't complain because penny boards are very expensive so for like 40 bucks this is a killer deal. Its not gonna be as good as a penny board but just to have something reliable to ride on is really cool. Major props to Boss Board for making a pretty good board. You might have to loosen or tighten some screws though so yeah.Like product reviews?Check out my youtube channel AppsOnFire :)
