Looks great by the pool. Easy to setup. Very comfortable. Best ever customer service! Glass top came in a million pieces! ( due to shipping obviously, box was smashed) I was ok with using it as is, but company sent replacement immediately .! I would definitely buy from this company again.

This is the cheapest and worse thing I’ve EVER bought in my life!!!!! The seats are super low like it’s for mini people. Yes this is made in China and it reminds me of China made clothes that are 10 sizes too small.The plastic weave is so incredibly cheap I can’t imagine this lasting an entire season and I paid $600 for this junk!!!! I can see it going to the dumpster next year.It is not comfortable at all!!! Doesn’t feel sturdy at all. The cushions could not be more cheap and some of the cushions have marks on them right out of the package!The little feet under the seats are very lightweight silver plastic I think would crack if you breathed on it. WOW! Just WOW! Unfortunately Amazon can’t handle quality control with so many sellers but I won’t buy anything like this online ever again! Amazon should be embarrassed about selling this junk even if only their platform was used. It’s disgraceful!UPDATE: in just a few weeks of buying this the cushions are all faded and it looks old now. Terrible purchase

Our sofa arrived in a disarray of boxes with no overall instructions, missing nuts, bolts, washers, and feets for one of the corner chair unit. The hardware was scattered among boxes and there was no overall instructions, nor any explanation of when and how many boxes were to arrived. To finish it we had to go to the hardware store.The sofa arrived in three boxes in three different deliveries over the course of 5-6 days. Each box contained two chairs. One was a slightly bigger hst the others as it also included the very low coffee table. After the first box arrived Amazon showed the item as having been delivered, but two boxes had yet to be received and no information was available to verify they were in transit. Certainly confusing. For all of that the listing gets two stars.**The sofa requires complete assembly**The product itself deserves 3 stars provided you are not too tall or heavier than about 260 bs. The chairs are not super sturdy, but are adequate if treated with care. It sits low for tall folks, so not so comfortable for bigger and taller bodies, and for older people having issues lifting from a chair not good at all as it lacks firm support and arms . Back cushions are too soft, lower ones just barely adequate. Do note that since the chair backs are low, you can feel the edge of the chair back making pressure on your mid back. Not comfortable. We bought some better decorative cushions to place over and that helps a bit. This is also a definite step up over the provided decorative cushions in both comfort and look, but it raised the cost in the unit by $90. The missing hardware cost were another $15. But we are not complete yet as we are now waiting for seller's response on the missing feets for a corner chair.I can see where some of the economies were made for the price it was offered for. We bought it for $580 delivered.***UPDATE July 3, 2020. *** Seller has contacted us and is advising it is shipping the missing parts by Fed Ex. Response was within 24 hours of this review and a problem ticket through Amazon. We are happy they are addressing the issue of missing parts. Will update the review once we have received these.***Update July 7, 2020. *** Received a package from the Seller including most of the missing hardware, particularly the l shape feet that are essential to a safe and complet chair. We also received two missing pillows. Seller sent this from China by Federal Express. That was nice, the intent was good, and the response quick. Much appreciated. Thank you! However, they did not include the nuts. Well its okay, we had gotten those locally and it was the feet themselves that were most important. With that we raise the original review from 2 stars to 3 stars. My wife concurs. In summary with caveats made, this is a good set. Just be prepare to spend some time in ots assembly.

Shipment came in 3 different boxes which was communicated. We had to hire someone to put the patio set together because the instructions are not clear. The bolts, nails, etc were not secured and was scattered throughout one of the boxes. The picture shows navy blue and white accent pillow however I was navy blue and yellow accent pillows. The description at the time of purchase did not specify that pillows may vary. Reach out to the manufacturer and did not receive a reply. The set “looks” good, however I don’t foresee it lasting longer than 2-3 years.

Product was as expected and seems durable. We added Velcro to the cushions and will add more because the Velcro has a hard time sticking. Seller was awesome. Had a small lunch issue with hardware that I couldn’t just go buy. Seller initially offered money but sent additional chair free and shipping free to solve my issue. PS plan on buying throw pillows if you want them. Included ones are picked “at random” and the colors and pattern don’t match our couch. I will be donating those.

Very nice outdoor furniture, friends complement it all the time

Positive-Nice looking and good engineering as far as holes lining up. Negative-comes in lots of pieces, essentially not a single panel is already put together so be prepared for a lot of assembly. Invest in a drill driver hex nut bit so it only takes you about 5 hours vs 8 or more if you were screwing in every bolt by hand. Also they need quality control on their nuts and bolts bags of hardware as every bag was off count on the nuts, bolts, or washers needed

These were left on my lawn. I ordered 2 sets of this furniture and the only reason I knew it was delivered was a call from my HOA telling me we had boxes on the lawn and to remove them within anhour or pay a fine. Also while some of the pillows are 'fine' some are the worst designed things I've ever seen. Its out door furniture, why the hell would I want a deer and Love Winter printed on a pillow? Ugh.
