Will these fit on rev 10s?

A good question. Looking at the dimensions for these speakers 13" depth and 10.6" width makes this size a little "in between". This specific size cover will likely be too small. The next size up is this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B084D7PGYS But to be fair, the covers are slightly wider and the fit may be "baggy" and loose. These larger covers are 14" wide.. Hope I helped. Thank you, Ariel Customer Care

Do they muffle the sound of the speaker?
