I love these shake that weight shakes! Only tried white chocolate and raspberry and the caramel flavours so far but they taste so much better than other shake brands I’ve tried in the past. They’re filling, good value and so tasty! Only problem is they are quite thick, I mix with 250ml skimmed milk but also add a dash of water to thin down a bit then they’re perfect! The pack says to mix with either skimmed milk or water, personally I think they taste so much better with the milk and a little water added. Tried mixing with just water and it didn’t taste that great but that’s just my personal taste. I have purchased these 3 times now and will continue to purchase more as I need to. So far I have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks 😃

These products are great. It makes a nice thick shake (not grainy) with a lovely taste. It keeps me full and I’ve been able to lose some stubborn weight. If you’re wanting to get your weight back on track I would give these a go. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch followed by my usual family evening meal.

Flavour is nice and mixes well with milk, no lumps. Just a shame this brand keeps getting pricier I can't justify it anymore

This is a great tasting diet shake I love it and it works I’ve lost 3 stone and I don’t won’t to eat after it’s very filling.

First time I've tried this brand and the flavour is absolutely lovely. when used with shaker with wire ball , there was no powdery taste.Will definitely purchase again

Never work for me

I mix my shake in a blender, that way they come out thicker than just shaking them. great taste.

Tasty, a little on the sweet side. Nice if you add frozen raspberries.
