I ordered Molly's book because she showed up for me (without her even knowing me) through her first role in the industry. I've watched her videos, listened to her webinars, learned from her in person at conferences.I think she has a lot of good points for anyone who wants to get started the right way in the industry and some checkpoints for those who have been in the trenches for 5 years or more of the 12-year old career.She's real in the book! I read it quickly the first time and then went back to pages I marked and took a lot of notes. The last part of the book was my favorite though. She shares her access and insight which helped me "meet" the people Molly puts at the top of her Trusted List.It always doesn't hurt that there are digital assets that are available too. She references her free reader bonuses a lot and that's because she actually cares. :)

Not only is Molly the most sought after Facebook advertiser she’s a phenomenal mentor & teacher. This book is needed in this space as all I ever hear about is working harder, hustling, grinding etc. this book challenges your ideas and makes you rethink how you work. I’ve put some of the things Molly suggested into play and I’ve become so much more efficient + happy in my work. Before reading this book I was very discouraged and burnt out but hearing someone else go through the same struggles and b made me rethink what’s really important. It doesn’t matter what level of marketer you are or even if you are a marketer, I think this is a must read book for any young professional. Full disclosure, I'm kind of a Molly Pittman fan-girl ever since I saw her and Ezra live at T&C 2019. I've since attended almost every open training she and Ezra have offered and the no-fluff quality information they provide has seriously transformed my life as a marketing freelancer.The moment I heard Molly was releasing a book - I pre-ordered right away and so glad I did. I've read a lot of marketing books, and this is hands down my absolute favorite. Why? First off, its super easy to read. Second, Molly's sweet yet to-the-point personality is perfectly exhibited in these pages and its very digestable, offering many, many takeaways that you can put into action in your business or position right away. Third, it breaks down Digital Marketing in a way that isn't overwhelming and leaves the reader feeling inspired and confident, knowing that as long as they work hard and take care of themselves they can make a good life for themselves in this field. I will be keeping this book on hand to refer to whenever I have a question about media buying or when I just need some motivation. I already can't wait for her next book!
