Don't buy!!!
Wtf!! DO NOT buy this, the garbage, fluff-filled content is super spaced out with large fonts. If this was printed in the same format as every other book on the planet, you could fit all the information that's actually useful on five pages. 85% of the information is fluff. Here's an actual quote- "Pain Gate Theory: There is something called the Pain Gate Theory, a term coined by Patrick David Wall, back in 1965. Basically, this term regards the use of a non-painful agent to drive pain away. In this case, the non-painful agent is cryotherapy." Kill meeeeee.

It was a quick easy read with all of the basic information you would want to know to quickly educate yourself or have others read.

Okay read...
Good, consolidated information, but not life-changing. I feel like this all could have been read with a good scouring of Wikipedia. But still, consolidated. So there's that.

Not very good.
A shame as I had high hopes. Almost like they printed a few pages from a cheap magazine article.

Google does better job
Save your money and do a google search. Vasoconstriction doesn't widen vessels as author mentioned, vasodilation does.

A waste of money
This book is a joke. Much of the content, little that there is is incorrect. I am very familiar with cryotherapy having had more than 50 sessions in Europe. I bought multiple copies to give to staff in a cryotherapy facility which is under development. A waste of money. The book is a scam.
