Why can't I connect the plug to Wi-Fi?

This plug supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only and is not compatible with 5GHz networks. Please ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network during setup.

Why is the dimming feature not working with my lights?

This dimmer plug only supports dimmable bulbs, including up to 150W LED, 150W CFL, or 400W incandescent. Non-dimmable lights may flicker or not respond to dimming commands.

Do I need a hub to use this lamp dimmer?

No hub is required. You can control the plug directly through the Smart Life or TreatLife app once connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Voice control is also supported after account linking.

Why are my lights flickering when using this plug?

Flickering usually means the bulb is not compatible. This plug only works with dimmable bulbs. It is not suitable for non-dimmable lights, smart bulbs, lights with remote controls, or lamps with power output features.

The plug does not respond after setup. What should I check?

Please confirm the plug is used with a 120V and connected to dimmable lighting only. Also, ensure the Wi-Fi is stable and the plug is added correctly in the app. If using voice assistant, make sure the corresponding skill is enabled and linked.
