Winsor & Newton Watercolor Medium, Iridescent Medium, 75ml (2.5-oz) bottle

I love this stuff. I use it when making watercolor paint. Super easy to use. Simply add half a teaspoon to your watercolor mixture and voila you have iridescent paint. I've also used it to give glass a frosty appearance. Works wonders. Dries fairly quickly.

You can add this iridescent medium to watercolor paint or even add a drop to a little water for a glazing. Great amount for the cost, a little bit goes a long way! Why buy separate iridescent watercolors when you can buy just 1 item and have the power to make all your watercolor paints iridescent!

Wanted metallic but didn’t want to get a whole pallet. This is maybe more sparkle than shiny like metallic but honestly it’s good enough for now. I love that I can mix any color in or just use as a shimmer top coat. Good thing to have on your arsenal.

This is excellent. Goes on super smooth, adds irredecence to any color. Regular watercolor dry time. Love this and will order again and again!

Works great if you add it as a layer on top of your painting or mixing with thin translucent paints. Does not really work with thicker (gouche) or darker paints. The sparkle just disappears completely no matter how much medium you add.It's a little finicky to figure out at first, but I like the glitter it adds. I kind of wish it was even sparklier.
