What is the difference between Tawny and Crystal orange marmalade? I know crystal is fine cut, but how do they compare in taste? What oranges are used

Crystal A jelly marmalade produced from the juice of fresh seville oranges to which is added finely cut pieces of orange peel. Tawny A less sweet marmalade made from the finest Seville oranges. Tawny Orange Marmalade has a rich full-bodied flavour with succulent chunks of peel. This marmalade is cooked twice to give it its rich dark colour and cooked a third time to produce a delicious caramelised flavour. Hope this helps you
