AWESOME women Arctix womens snow pants
I’ll be spending a week in the snow. I ordered some “slim” fit snow pants with a huge amount of good reviews and was incredibly disappointed. First, they’re mens cut - weird awkward fit - second, they just weren’t warm. I was in dry 63 degree weather and I may as well have been wearing jeans. So, I ordered Arctix brand womens snow pants. Much much more insulated. Actually cut for a woman’s form so they fit very well! I’m not in the snow yet but it’s a windy 50 degree day and I was as warm as I could possibly be - I ordered another pair right away! For me, they run a bit big but not so big that they look clownish. Big enough to slip some thermal pants underneath (for the snow) and still be comfortable. You can adjust the waist on these because they have sturdy Velcro - there’s also loops for a belt. I freaking love these. Forget the slim look - yeah they’d be cuter but you’ll be freezing. These also have room to comfortably go over your snow boots on the bottom - OR - as I did, fold back once down near the cuffs (we used to call this pegging our pants back in the 80’s haha) and bring my boots up over them - tie boots snugly and they feel softer than the sock and boots only. Highly recommend! Arrived next day! I’m 5”6 and weigh probably 132 pounds right now. I have short legs so I got the medium short size and they’re a freaking dream! PS - they look really good! I’m pleasantly surprised with how great they look for well insulated snow pants. Don’t hesitate - get these!EDIT TO ADD - I had my week in the snow. From 40 degrees to 19 degrees - the pants totally kept me warm. The snow pretty much rolled right off - I can’t speak to how water resistant these are because it wasn’t slushy snow - but I’ve got to think they would’ve been at least a LITTLE wet. They weren’t. Loved these. So warm that when I went to a bar after hiking in the snow - I was pretty toasty and went outside a few times to cool off. Definitely warm. Definitely comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Sooo cute and fun.
Just got these tonight for a upcoming snow trip. Sizing is very odd. I read through every possible review to get a idea on sizing. Followed the size chart on the tags. Their are a few pics of it in the comments. It's accurate. Im oddly shaped so that's why I struggled. I have very large love handles. Weight 190 height 5.4. Usually a size 14 in pants. Some 16 depending on the pants. I also have a slight tummy. But weight isn't going to really matter when it comes to size. That's because everyone is shaped differently. I've read reviews where people have no problem buttoning the pants but cant bend or sit. My hips are measuring at 44. Which is right at the size between XL and 1x. I didn't go with a 1x because I didn't like the style options for that size. So I took the risk for the XL and they fit. I put them over my pants on currently wearing and was able to sit, bend, and button them. When I have them pulled all the way up near my actual waist line they aren't super tight. They are super freaking comfy. Very lightweight. I love all the colors on these. I wanted something that would stand out on the slopes. Im a beginner skier but wanted something so when I fall and tumble down the hill my family can be like oh there she goes. They definitely seem like they will be durable and water proof and warm for the snow. I was sweating just putting them on. Definitely a must get. However instead of just sizing up. Take your measurements and use them towards the size chart pictures in the reviews. Not the Amazon size chart. I'll update soon with a update after I actually go into the snow with them. But im super excited. Only reason for the 4 stars is how the sizing works but im definitely happy so far with these.

Love the sizing options!!
This is my 2nd pair of these Artix snow pants. They’re warm & waterproof with high quality closures that hold up well. Comfortable to ski in. The 33 length also gives you more length in the rise which is helpful for me as it lets the waistband sit at my true waist instead of on my hips. I’m typically a size 7/8 long in jeans and I’m between the small 33 and medium 33 in these. I tried a 31 medium as well and the waistband hit significantly lower making them tight around and too snug in the crotch for athletic activity.

Durable and easy mobile, just pick the right size
Im 5'7 slim about 129 lbs, these were of great quality good fit just a little snug, not snug enough to size up. Easy to walk around in . Not too bulky fit in or out of my moon boots. Cute to stay with different colored moon boots or all white.

Real insulated but waist too loose and easily refected
As a 5'3" 29" inseam is perfect, but waist is too loose. Even with the velcro that's supposed to help with waist adjustments, it's just not enough and it's giving me that struggle a lot of women go through with pants- perfect space for thigh but loose waist problem. The biggest problem I have is the durability of the hooks. First, I wore it without any inner layers to just see if it fit me-which it did perfectly (ofc not the waist though). However, on my SECOND TIME wearing the pants, this time with inner layers, one of the hooks just fell out as i was hooking it on. Bare in mind that even with inner layers, i still had a lot of space in my waist area - you can see the pic as well.I guess.. this is what I signed up for with this price, but it was just disappointing because the waist was already loose with both hooks and now it's even looser:(Fit-wise, my butt looks a bit flatter than it actually is, which is unfortunate, but i guess with the ski jacket covering, it's not a big deal. I love the color (true white! not ivory) and the design though.
