Here's a tip : When you visit a school which practices a constructivist curriculum, check out the school's administrators/teachers' library.Chances are you'd see a copy of this book (probably alongside the theory-laden "100 Languages..") on the shelf. Enough said!

This book is great! It has a lot of fantastic ideas as well as gives teachers a look at what constructivist early childhood curriculum and teaching really is. I definately recommend it!!

I train preschool teachers and I find this book an excellent resource for trainers. I've tried out some of the ideas in the book with my students and they absolutely loved it! The principles behind the activities are clearly conveyed and illustrated. Worth the buy!
