Started feeling results in about 5 days. Have at knee joint issues since 14. Im 40 now. I'm 2 weeks in and i can say it works for me so far. I mix the powder in a bottled water once a day with a meal. The berry flavor is pretty good.

Not the best flavor but was effective with my knee pain.

After a day of using this the soreness and stiffness my knees are in is almost gone after a day of taking this. I have almost no cartiledge in my knees, and have osteoarthritis in my knees also so I can't stand for too long but when I sit down for awhile and go to get up that's where the stiffness come in..I've been having to use a cane for extra support and after taking this for a few days now I'm using my cane alot less than I have in the near past before using this..so it definitely is working..I also had gotten the glucosamine confronting gummies to go with and it has been helping......so I highly recommend both of these.....

this preworlout gives you the boost you need to get your lifts in.first time trying it and I can tell I ll order again, I got the watermelon flavor and definitely as must.

The cheery flavor taste like cough syrup and does not mix well with water. I am sticking with the pill for now on.

I love the product. If you look at the nutrients, the good doses including 110% dv vitamin c.Just hoping that the seller doesn't increase the price because I think the overall amount is a bit small compared to the price.
