This is absolutely brilliant! Will give my elderly mother and myself such piece of mind throughout the night when she's alone her bedroom.

Absolutely amazing. I’ve installed these in the vet practice to better improve our emergency situations as we have a large practice. I bought 4 alarms and 8 buttons. All very easy to set up and use!!! So happy I found these. A lot of sounds to choose from, only a couple alarm sounds. Very loud!! And range is amazing.

In view of the fact that this item is suitable for the elderly, the instructions are printed very small and not easy to understand. Once you get it sorted, it does what is says and is ideal for our circumstances

excellent product, my disabled husband sleeps in a separate room so his daytime alarm is not much use if he just needs me to help him get out of bed. easy to use no instillation, you just plug it in. Also useful that you can use this in any room so if he is in bed and i am downstairs i just plug it into where i am working. even outside if you have a plug handy. would certainly recommend this product

Perfect! Easy to set up around the house and can be heard around the home. Like having doorbells in each room but with a nicer tune!

This is simply a standard doorbell kit, except that the transmitter is shaped to be carried around on a lanyard or mounted beside a bed, not outside the front door. As such it works fine, with the usual over-supply of unsuitable ring tones to choose from. The plastic is cheap and the printed instructions are tiny and incomprehensible. As the Amazon listing and its related questions/answers and reviews apparently relate to a number of products, no-one knows what anyone is talking about and little makes sense. I needed to get the back off the transmitter to attach the lanyard. I read the instructions with a magnifying glass. All I could find was a suggestion that you inserted a screwdriver or some kind of key into the big slot at the bottom and twist. This just resulted in damaged over-soft plastic, see photograph. I posted a question, which resulted in people telling me to insert a screwdriver or saying that they couldn't get it off either. So I gave up relying on Amazon's system, which doesn't even allow you enough characters to properly express your question, and applied a bright light. Aha, there is a white arrow etched on the white back, which is a separate piece of plastic from the front. If the transmitter is hanging from a lanyard fixed to the top, "down" is just going to depend on gravity, so the arrow must indicate something else other than the right way up. Actually, as I discovered, if you grasp the transmitter at the sides, you can slide the back off by pressing with your thumbs in the direction of the arrow. No screwdriver necessary at all to get the back off! Take a look at my photo. This removal method may be obvious to teenagers, but to a 70 year old challenged by Alzheimer's and poor eyesight, it certainly isn't! With the back off, you can fit the lanyard, and then see various screw heads which release a cover for changing the battery. The instructions given by the seller in the questions section must relate to something else. Does it work? Yes. Whether or not it suits your circumstances is up to you to decide. I just wanted an easy way for my wife to quickly attract my attention from upstairs when she was confined to bed for a period after returning from hospital, nothing fancy required. I have yet to make full sense of the settings buttons. I would really prefer the receiver NOT to chime every time it is plugged in - I don't want to wake my wife up when I go upstairs to bed myself, take the receiver unit up with me and plug it in there, do I? Naturally, there is no analogue volume control, just a digital one that chimes at each setting, and no on/off mute switch. I suppose they want me to buy another receiver...

Hi Jane, I just need to let you know that my mum woke up at 5:15am on Wednesday morning and used the buzzer you gave us to call me. She needed the toilet and was feeling breathless, so I helped her onto the commode and gave her her medication. She was a bit distressed, so I gave her some diazepam to help her relax. Then I tucked her back into bed as she wasn’t strong enough to walk, and she soon fell into a peaceful sleep. She didn’t really wake up again after that—just murmured a few words now and then. (Her last words to me before falling asleep were ‘I love you’ which is my pot of gold for life. If it hadn’t been for that buzzer, she would’ve been alone and frightened at 5.15. I would have missed her last moments of true awareness, she may well have fallen trying to get to the commode and the end of her life could have been totally distressing for all of us, probably needing to call an ambulance and her passing in A&E. That one simple gift of kindness changed everything. It didn’t just help—it transformed her passing. She died peacefully in her beautiful room with her family surrounding her, listening to 60s music with scented candles and nothing but serenity. Thank you, truly. Love you and I will be forever grateful to you. ♥️ Thought I would share the above from a family member who used this alarm and how different it made to the end of her days. Thankyou

excellent produit , j ai été bluffé, trés simple à installer avec l'appli tuya super bien faite, la sonnerie de la centrale est assez puissante , s arrete toute seule et se remet en route instantanement à chaque pression sur le bracelet ou le pendentif. Je recois les alertes directement sur mon telephone et mon apple watch, je m attendais pas à un tel niveau de qualité pour un prix vraiment raisonnable, je recommande à cent pour cent !

Das Gerät habe ich in der Variante mit je einem umhängbaren Alarmknopf und einem Armband mit Alarmknopf bestellt. Die Installation ist mit grundlegenden Kenntnissen im Bereich Smarthome einfach zu bewältigen. Anders als bei konventionellen Anbietern wie z. B. DRK Hausnotruf entfällt hier der monatliche Beitrag für die Bereitstellung des Gerätes; auch unnötige Rettungseinsätze bei Fehlalarmen entfallen. Wer in der Nähe der zu betreuenden Person wohnt und bei Auslösen des Alarms selber nach dem Rechten sehen kann, findet bei diesem WiFi-Notrufknopf eine gute Alternative. Der Alarm wird per Smarthome-App (in meinem Fall Tuya) auf das Handy der betreuenden Person gemeldet; über die App können dann auch online Geräteeinstellungen erfolgen und der Status abgerufen werden. Die Stromversorgung des Basisgerätes erfolgt in meinem Fall über einen freien USB-Port am Router (ein Netzteil ist aber beigelegt).

È stato facilissimo da installare e collegare tramite app al cellulare , quando viene premuto il bottone oppure il bracciale suona sia il ricevitore che il telefono , l'unica cosa è che il ricevitore ha le batterie ricaricabili però se tolgo la spina le batterie durano al massimo 12 ore , poi bisogna ricordarsi di attaccare la spina .

Muito satisfeita com este produto. Em caso de emergência o alarme dispara no aparelho que está em minha casa e no meu telemóvel. Muito fácil de configurar. A pulseira com o botão SOS é ótima porque pode andar sempre com a minha mãe. Se precisarem de monitorizar algum familiar, este é o aparelho! Recomendo!
