Q: is this item double sided?

Hi! No, these are not double sided. However, there are 50 pages in each pad and 2 of each design. I really love these papers. They coordinate beautifully with each other, the designs and colors are bright and pretty and you can't beat the price!

Q: Does it crack or crinkle when you crease with a bone folder?

If the point of using the bone folder is to get a nice crisp fold, I don't think you'll need it. I ordered the Mixed Media papers, and found all of the papers to be a nice medium weight. I intend to cut them apart, but if you want to be folding them, I believe that they are thicker than the usual Origami papers. I folded a corner, and found it a bit hard to put a crease in it, so if folding is what you are wanting to do, then you will definitely need a bone folder. Still for $5???. Hope this helps.
