Excellent quality tap. Slight issue finding converters to connect tap hoses to UK standard shut off valve threads but once sourced installation was easy. Tap works smoothly and feels excellent quality.

Beautiful tap. I would never buy anything other than Hansgrohe taps from the the trusted German manufacturer. Quick delivery by Amazon as usual. Looks lovely in the kitchen, solid stainless steel - you cannot go wrong. It was a delight to fit my plumber tells me.

First of all - shop around for this as the price does fluctuate even on Amazon.The product is of excellent quality but the illustrated fitting instructions are not perhaps the easiest to comprehend.The most annoying fact however is that it will not fit standard UK pipework. How can they sell this in the UK knowing that it will not fit standard UK pipes? When I emailed Hansgrohe about this they said that they supply the measurement of the product and the measurement of the tails. So have a good look at the product description and try to find this information. In the meantime, buy a pair of adaptors.

All good, thus far. A quality product without a doubt.

Bought the stainless steel version, wish I’d gone for chrome, water stains are difficult to wipe off. The hand held part is not metal (I suppose it would get too hot to touch) and that’s quite noticeable. I have other hansgrohe taps that look much better than this one, it’s a bit clumsy looking. Mechanism works fine though, it’s a looks thing for me. Arrived from Amazon Germany, just in the product box, no outer packaging to protect it. Doubt I would have been able to return it in that state.

Arrived perfectly, opened the “sealed” box to find that the retractable spout that is suppose to come with the unit was not enclosed. Very disappointing.

Bellissimo e funzionale rubinetto con doccetta.Materiale pesante, esteticamente bello e facile da usare e da pulire, finalmente un rubinetto serio.La doccetta torna indietro da sola, ha un pulsante che permette di avere l’acqua con flusso normale oppure, appunto, a doccia.Ne sono molto contenta, lo consiglio certamente.

Solido e robusto, funziona molto bene. La manopola è in partenza orizzontale e non verticale come in figura. Per il mio lavello è anche meglio. Ho altri rubinetti Hansgrohe che mi hanno sempre soddisfatto per la qualità e spero questo mantenga alto il buon nome.Certo non è tra i più economici, ma la durata potrebbe dargli ragione.

Finition exemplaire, rien à redire. Système de fixation très ingénieux et beaucoup plus pratique que l'ancien (mon robinet précédent de la même marque a fait 14 ans, détérioré par le ballon d'eau chaude malheureusement).Raccord de la douchette également amélioré, un régal pour un non bricoleur comme je suis.A l'utilisation, c'est sans souci, souple, extrêmement agréable. Je ne regrette rien.
