I have endometriosis and really needed something to take the edge off. I find those stick on pads never get hot enough and hot water bottles aren’t big enough to cover my stomach and back, so I have to keep switching.This is great and has given me so much relief. I do tend to use the highest setting mostly, but I am the kind of person who has the shower on as hot as I can stand too so that might be a personal preference. I like the ability to choose different heat settings (lower settings are good if it’s a bit chilly and you just want to warm up!) and it heats up to each setting really quickly.Also very important - it cools down quickly too, so no waiting around for it to cool before going to bed, for example!Would definitely recommend for chronic pain sufferers, well worth the money.

Recently had a bad injury to lower back. I find that heat is a real healer for me. Usally opt for a hot bubble bath but with my back thats not an option. I found this on amazon and its the best thing I've ever bought for myself. So comfortable, its definitely easing my discomfort and you can use it in all different ways. (Sat up on sofa, led down ect) i would say the highest heat setting is the equivalent to a hot water bottle. Currentlt have a thick dressing gown on so expect would be even better if you had lighter clothing on.100% would recommend

I bought this for my dad as he is 72 and getting a bit of pain in his back and leg plus has sciatica.He said it's easy to use and has helped ease the pain for him.It also had a timer so you could use it and have a nap.

20 years of chronic pain, this is the best product I've ever tried. Heats instantly, perfect size but compact so you can bring it anywhere. Stays hot, turns itself off, washable and affordable. Honestly it's the best gift for anyone who feels the cold or has pain or both.Fantastic must have. Genuinely life changing item!!

So comforting to use especially now that it is sooo cold! It gives me the extra warmth whilst having the central heating on, i can easily warm hands up too when they're so cold. It provides some temporary relief to my back, as I get a lot of back pain. However perhaps with prolonged use it'll relieve my back more or for longer. Sometimes the heating temperature does lower i think that's when i need to turn over the pad to the other side or perhaps it's a safety precaution. I would highly recommend. It's super easy to use. I'm using whilst working from home too.

I am absolutely loving this product. Heats up within seconds and works really well for sprains or any other kind of pain relief. Has multiple levels of heat which is very convenient.
