The laptop itself is amazing. And for £279.99 who can complain taking it that it’s brand new sell price is £1000. The laptop itself is like new condition. Yes it has a few scrapes and tiny chips, but it is in very good condition. The reviews on the laptop definitely were worrying. But they seemed to only comment on the refurbishing side of things, and not the laptop itself. Took the risk and definitely worth it. It seems to be hit or miss depending on the quality of laptop you get back, but very happy. Feels heavy, but the full metal body makes it feel high quality and the light up keyboard is a very nice touch. The speakers themselves are very good quality surprisingly, and the fast charging is a life saver. Very happy.

Nice looking laptop but Many keys didn’t work

The product is in excellent condition apart from a few small details. The only thing is that I ordered a black model and I received the silver one which has like fabric incorporated into the keyboard (which is not my taste). The overall laptop seems to be high quality, I will ask for a black one

I am beyond impressed with my Amazon reconditioned Microsoft Surface Laptop 3! It performs like new and was amazingly inexpensive. The Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB SSD make it incredibly fast and efficient for all my needs. The matte black finish looks sleek and modern. I was a bit hesitant about buying renewed, but this laptop exceeded all my expectations. It’s a fantastic deal for anyone looking for top-notch performance without breaking the bank! Highly recommend!

This laptop was very promising and I was super excited to try it out. The laptop was just plain black but it looked super nice. The screen and audio quality were great and it was quick and easy to set up. Unfortunately I very quickly noticed flaws that I couldn't ignore. My first issue was the picture quality, whilst it was amazing on bright pictures when it came to dark scenes the screen looked very pixelated. I also saw the screen stuttered noticeably everytime a video would pan horizontally or verticality which I really hated. The other reason I decided to send this back was due to the battery and the noice. The fan was almost always running when the laptop was on even if you were barely doing anything it was mould be loud thus fit even worse when you tried to charge the battery. It would get hot quick and the fan would be ridiculously loud. If you don't mind these issues then in all other aspects this was a really good laptop.

Very impressed with this renewed laptop. Visually in great conditions. Performs well. Battery life still very good. Came with Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 latest feature release with ease. Performs really well. Fantastic everyday / productivity laptop. Really light as well.

When you need a replacement computer in a hurry, you make the decision to buy renewed, doing your eco bit. You do place a high scrutiny on description. Opting to pay a higher price for a product described as in excellent condition, knowing this is subjective but given specifics on what to make your judgement. 'Excellent condition products will show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 30 centimetres. Pictures clearly show this is not the case, in fact I would suggest that the product sold falls into the acceptable descriptors. The laptop works fine and I am happy with it's performance but when you pay extra for something, all be it cosmetic, but it's what I wanted. It leaves you dissapointed, when you rely on a company to be honest and follow their own standards, and clearly they haven't. I'm sure I could return it but I had been without a computer and needed this quickly. The computer works as expected and I have spent time setting it up. It's just I feel like I've been robbed due to the product not meeting my expectations or more importantly the standards set by Amazon.
