I bought 5 Spent over $6,000. Like it for it’s accuracy. Had to returned 2, because would not power on. I returned the 2 in the same UPS ticket BUT only 1 has been credited so far. Almost 3 weeks later and the second has not been refunded. Credit is taking too long.4/7 UPDATE. Finally got $1,300 credit from Amazon, although it took a long 28 minutes “on hold call”, ands a few emails.

It is a nice product and it does one man job which measures client’s temperature.But it is pricey

Once it was set up it works very well. Takes a little maneuvering in cold weather to get a reading, especially if you wear glasses.
