This is a SCAM - not the authentic product
I previously ordered the Gigi bioplasma cream from a different Amazon vendor to help address my hyperpigmentation and acne. It was effective. While that product did have a medicinal scent and a somewhat gritty texture, it is NOT the same product that I received today from this vendor. This product has a powerful baby powder/perfume scent, a glittery sheen the previous one did not have, and pills horribly. It burned my skin immediately when I put it on. I still have some of my previous cream, and it is clearly not the same product. Even the packaging is slightly “off.” We are being scammed with a counterfeit product.

This really works!
I have always had moderate acne, and have used retin a for years to keep it under control. But it never was really clear. I stumbled upon an Allure article recommending azelaic acid for rosecea and acne, and thought I'd give it a try. This is was highest concentration I could find, and the reviews were good, so I tried it. And wow! Within a week my acne has completely cleared up, along with all the redness that was just a constant feature of my face. I'm wearing zero makeup now, which for anyone who has had acne their whole lives, is a pretty big deal. I will be buying this in bulk.I think it smells great, but I'm not a person that gets too hung up on everything having to be all natural, so it doesn't bother me.You only need a pea sized amount, but rub it into your skin quickly because it absorbs very fast. I use it in the morning and evening, and cannot express how happy I've been with the results

$330 Finacea vs. $39 for GiGi
I've run out of my stock of Finacea, with insurance it is $330 before the mfr coupon. I asked my doctor if there was an alternative, the answer was no. Just like the others reviews I found this product. My skin responded positively and well better than using Finacea. My disappointment? That my derm dr did not suggest this alternative. I bought another tube.

Try this if you have fungal acne!
I have tried just about everything to combat my Pityrosporum Folliculitis (Malassezia) that has overrun my hairline, forehead, and cheeks the last 3 years. I tried all the acids including mandelic, ketonozole, oral anti-fungals, tea tree, oil or oregano...the list goes on. But this is the the first thing to give me hope in a very long time. I've only been using it a week, but I'm cautiously optimistic. I use it once a day (night), all over my entire face. After the first night, I could tell it broke down a few of the painful plugs that would normally persist for weeks. The smell is a bit much, but at least it's not a bad smell. It dissipates quickly, so it's a minor issue for me if this works in the long term. I do wish the tube was bigger, but you really don't need much to cover your whole face. I wish more companies knew the value of azeliac acid!

I have lived with a slowly worsening case of rosacea for years and have used prescription MetroGel with no impact. Doctors seemed at a loss for what to do. How can dermatologists be so ignorant about rosacea given that itʻs fairly common? I tried several things including Prosacea (no change) and finally had luck with azelaic acid at night and niacinamide during the day. I use it four days a week and my skin has definitely improved! It isnʻt miraculous as some redness remains, but I have noticed a general evening out of my skin tone and lessening of bumps. On the weekend I use CeraVe AM sunscreen and PM moisturizer since Iʻm likely to be outdoors. I hope it works for you too!

I love the smell
Superb! Overnight it began clearing my rosacea, which had been completely resistant to all other treatments. I love the smell, a light powdery rose scent, but worry not as it is dissipates as soon as the product is applied. The texture is like a thick lotion, so a very small amount (a dab) is needed as it spreads well from a minimal application. If you use too much you can tell immediately as it turns whitish on your face when applied.

I don't think this product is similar to the prescription brand Finacea. This one has strong fragrance and I believe other ingredients that can irritate sensitive skin like mine. I had to stop using after the second time and I've never had allergies with Finecia. So not worth it.

Great product for rosacea! In just days, baby soft skin.
Great product. Noticeable softness in just days. My rosacea is almost gone. I have a cabinet full of ptoducts that claim to help and they do not. This product is GREAT. I used to get Finacea when it was covered by my insurance. Now it is over $400.00. I am so pleased I would subscribe to this. I have just ordered another. I agree with all those who gave it FIVE stars.
