It works well nice light setting, fan is quiet on lowest setting which is quite strong any ways. Generally it's is cheap plastic built.

I had a professional in to fit this , it is a little awkward to fit and fitting instructions are poor, However now that it is up I am delighted with it! The light is very bright but is controllable with the remote control, the fan is very effective, and surprisingly quiet. The remote control took a few moments to figure out but gives great control over fan speed, and the brightness and colour of the light, overall very pleased. My kitchen now much better illuminated and cooler.

The fan is superb but the light as you can see LEDs and wire are showing plus it doesn't dim down anywhere near far enough

I have tried to install this light multiple times to no avail. When I have contacted the seller, then have attempted to help by sending me installation instructions which also didn’t work. The sellers response has been to send me a new remote for the fan twice which also hasn’t worked. The new remote has take. 3+ weeks to be delivered both times which, including initial delivery time, means I have now been without a ceiling light for nearly 3 months.I very briefly had this light working once for roughly an hour, however once I turned the Bluetooth on my phone off, it disconnected (as expected) and would not even attempt to reconnect. Whenever I turn the light on by the switch it simply does not respond whatsoever. If anyone else has any further support that would be appreciated.

I contacted the supplier and was sent 3 x .pdf files showing the CE compliance certificates and an assurance that the wiring,1 black & 1 white (& an earth) could be connected either way with that controller (See pic) on which it states black in N and brown is L (the white wire has some vaguely brown text on it?).So it's connected black to live, white to neutral and extended the ridiculously short earth to earth and it works fine.To install I removed the lighting circuit fuse, cut around the existing ceiling rose connection base to remove a circle of plaster board and re-screwed it to the joist then attached the fixing bracket with small spacers over it. As suggested in another review hanging the fitting from the bracket with string makes wiring it up a doddle.The instructions for the remote work fine, but don't just glance at them like I did, READ THEM! I even managed to, eventually, download the fan app to my mobile. If/when you manage to do this open its menu, top right, select ABOUT for instructions to pair it to your mobile, yes, switch on bluetooth else it won't work.Hope this of some help, I have asked if you can save the settings, will update this if you can.
