Thin insoles....like liners....but comfortable and smell fresh. Great for summer. Cut to size....don't use the guidelines as thease are often too thin.

Comfortable inside shoes which had insoles cracking I take a size 2 shoe but cut to a size 3 and they fitted snuggley I get very hot feet so didn't want them sticking to my feet when I removed shoes. All in all I am glad I purchased these.

Soft and comfortable and easy to cut to size with on sole markings which are accurate. Well packaged and smell great.
