Lemans Football Mints - 1 Pound

These mints last a long time, so I don’t need to use many of them. They taste great!

I love the flavor of these mints and how well they can go with you. My sister introduced me to them and they are tasty with a hint of mint with the lemon.

My great uncle always had these mints when I was a kid. We all loved them. I am so glad I can get them now. The order came faster than expected and included a nice, handwritten, thank you note. Great product from a great company.

I have purchased Leman mints before elsewhere, and the candy was more white, so I was surprised by the more yellow tones to the candy. They taste the same, so I am not complaining. These were easy to order and had no problem ordering them.

I remember these from my childhood in Southbend, Indiana. I remember them being very full of peppermint. These do not seem as minty.

I would like to know who manufactured this bag of mints. My Great Uncle Will Leman made these mints and I have been eating them my entire life. I know after the leman family there were other manufacturers. THe latest being Atkinsons candy in Lubbock Texas. These are very close to the original candy. This wrapped bulk bag I received has no manufacturer markings and the individual candies are wrapped differently. I have not opened the bag. I would like to know where they came from and who made them? They are not wrapped like the other 7 oz bag with the Leman Gourmets label on the bag. These mints are delicious. Very flavorful and lasts a long time.

Ordered what I thought would be a new bag of leman's mints. Instead I got what looks like a bunch of leman's mints someone had previously opened and then put into their own bag and then sent to me. Many of the mints were not even wrapped. I am not sure if someone bought these mints, tried them, did not like them and then put them into their own bag and sold to me. I am afraid to eat them as I am not sure some have not been put into a mouth and then put in the bag. Apparently I can not even return these mints so I was essentially duped out of money and sold used mints. I love these mints as my dad used to give them out every time I visited him before he died. I saw these and thought of him. A happy memory turned sad. Wanted to give 0 stars, but forced to put one star.
