The lock works very well on the Saris receiver hitch bike rack. Lost my original one due to not locking it in place and this purchased replaced that one. Works very well, is easy to remove and keeps the hitch tightly fastened to the the receiver. Make sure you check the engagement of the lock before traveling so you don't run into the issue I had with the original lock.

Both the cable lock and the hitch lock were gray color which was nice instead of the pictured yellow. Rubber caps on the ends to protect against moisture. Both keys included work with either lock on the hitch or lock for the cable which is very convenient. No complaints, locked my bike on the hitch rack and keeps the hitch rack locked to the car to keep it safe for any quick runs into the store when you are out.

The listing stated that the buyer would receive both a hitch lock AND cable lock. I didn’t get the cable lock, misrepresented what you get. What an inconvenience!

Very secure product for the money. Easy to use.

This is a 1/2" x 13 threaded tightening hitch pin with a lock on the unthreaded end. It does a fine job of securing my bike rack on a 2" hitch and tightening the rack to the hitch to minimize wobble. I was hoping the lock would be more robust, but I would guess that anyone with a crowbar would be able to pop this off the end of the pin. Lockpicking Lawyer would make quick work of this...but, it's better than nothing and will stop the casual offender.

I bought a used Saris bike rack without a lock . This works great with the rack. the original key was missing for the bike rack, contacted Saris and they sent me a new lock to match the key on the bike rack lock I bought on Amazon. They sent it for free, awesome customer service.

Hey this is a solid product that keeps my Saris hitch rack stable and also safer from would be thieves. Also it is Made in USA so that means Saris hires stateside to make there products come to be. Thanks Saris for a quality product and for helping Americans stay employed!

The listing stated that the buyer would receive both a hitch lock AND cable lock. I only received the hitch lock. When I contacted the company, they blamed Amazon for posting a stock picture. When I contacted Amazon and spent nearly an hour asking for them to verify if they were responsible for false product advertisement, they told me that they simply advertised with the content and pictures provided to them by the independent. Supposedly, Amazon has tried to reach out to them on my behalf nearly two weeks ago. I haven't heard from either. And still, neither the picture not description has been changed. Now, I will have to purchase the cable lock separately, and incur more shipping costs. To be fair the independent offered to refund me 35% of my cost when I first contacted them, but for the inconvenience, false advertising, and delay, I went to Amazon and asked them to give me a cable lock or negotiate on my behalf for a full refund for all this drama. Crickets. I've been an Amazon customer for over ten years so this was really disappointing.

Oeil est trop grand le cadenas passe avec un peut d effort je vais faire poser une autre bague de câble
