Not what I expected. Hot & lots of perspiration.

Sizes could be more realistic.Nice quality, although it remains to be seen how the elastic holds up after washing/using. Previous pairs saw the elastic stretch out over a period of weeks to months, although they were always air dried.There seems to be quite a gap between small & medium. Small fitting well around hips & waist, but a little too snug around legs. Medium is quite a bit bigger, more like what I would consider large, comfortable around legs, but too big otherwise. The patient is quite small. All in all, these are the best I've found.

Purchased this for an aging parent. It is easy to put on and take off. Machine washable. Let's my mom go out without worrying about embarrassing accidents, and that adds to her quality of life. Let's be honest. If you have to care for your parent, the happier they are, the happier you are, and this definitely works. They're more than a year old, still in good condition.

size fit well, comfortible, no failures of the elastic nor snaps so far

I purchased 5 pairs of these snap on waterproof cover up for my 92-year old mom who has dementia. These are great and holds up to regular washing and drying. Even the hospice nurse that visits my mother asked where I purchased. Using these cover ups helps keep bedding dry and the are easy to put on a bedridden patient. I am so glad I purchased and will recommend to others.

I purchased these for my Dad, who has dementia and requires comprehensive care. His knees aren't great, and that combined with him just not understanding anymore how to lift his legs to get in and out of pants and briefs makes the process a workout for whoever is giving care. These have been a Godsend...they fit well and wash well and have so far lasted four months with almost non-stop use (we rotate between 3 pairs).Great quality - highly recommend!

The sizes are very weird. I am a 36" waist, but the medium is a little too small. I can barely get the snaps closed, and when they do, it barely fits over the diaper.The did however, do the job I bought them for. They seemed to prevent leaks while I was at work.

These would be better if they had snaps to adjust a little tighter because after 3 washes they stretched out an now leak
