I needed a heat gun that was small enough for me to handle. It worked great for my paint pouring projects.

I bought this heat gun because it's smaller than the other one I have and it doesn't get as hot so you can use it on more items that could be messed up with to much heat. So far it has been working great. It heats up quickly and works efficiently. Pleased with it so far!

Would not recommend....the heat gun heats up and turns off after not more than 2 mins of use...then I have to wait for it to cool down..I used my blow dryer instead. Not worth it...looking into something else to help as this isn't enough!!!

Very good product! Heats up very quickly. Safe to use. Very lightweight and nice hand grip.

I work in electronics, and bought this to shrink the heat shrink tubing used to insulate wiring. It BARELY gets hot enough to shrink the tubing. It has to heat up for about 2 or 3 minutes first, and even then it never gets hot enough to fully shrink the tuning properly. I have to use a torch afterwards to finish the job. Will be shopping for a more powerful one.

Sometimes it overheats and shuts off
