It is small and does take a little use to adjusting the volume. Just because it is small.

I bought this product for my 80 years old mom who has hearing problem. Once wear it, she can easily hear clearly what I say from distance with normal voice. She is so happy now. This product is made very small and can be easily inserted into ear. No need to worry about strange looking at all. People will not notice it even.

Operates exactly like the 14 times more expensive hearing aid in my other ear. This was very simple to set up! Open battery box, install battery, put in ear and select program. Then adjust volume. I went outside, in a quite room, watched TV and other things and it performed great. Not near as much screetching as the more expensive brand. The hearing aid did well outside in the wind also. Now if it will only last for a few years. So far, I am delighted with it!

Terrible experience!! Rated one star only because I could not rate it zero stars!The hearing amplifier aid started making a loud howling noise after about one month of use. Amazon then replaced it. The replacement device stopped working completely after an additional two months, just two days after the initial replacement period ended! This is junk as far as I am concerned.

I initially could not get the hearing aid to work correctly. The instructions were lacking. I received an email from the vendor with better instructions 2 weeks later. I have no issues now.

Great idea but impossible to get the squeal to go away. Battery easy to put in, fairly good fit. No solution for the unwanted noise.

Disgusting - it arrived used.Requested return 1 minute after opening it.also requested a replacement - I’ll update condition of replacement.

I bought it for my grandpa. He is 80 years old and hard to hear anything when we try to talk with him. This hearing aid is small and easy to adjust. For seniors, easy to adjust is very important. He loves this product and it really improves his hearing. Highly Recommend !
